The first conversation is free. Please provide notice if you cannot attend so the time can be rearranged.
Reserved work
Paid product work begins only under a written agreement. Its milestones, review rhythm, fees, notice periods and cancellation provisions control the engagement.
Scope change
New missions, platforms, integrations, research contexts or delivery requirements may require a revised scope. Completed work remains payable under the agreement.
Refund review
Any refund is assessed against the agreement, work completed, capacity reserved and commitments that cannot reasonably be recovered.
External costs
Research incentives, licences, stores, devices, travel or supplier costs may be non-refundable where the relevant provider does not return them.
